The Canucks stopped their downward spiral just in time to take a 3-2 lead in the Stanley Cup Final heading into Game 6. The question is: Will Vancouver be able to string together a strong enough performance on Monday to win the Cup on the road?
In consecutive blowout victories last week, the Boston Bruins exposed each and every one of goaltender Roberto Luongo’s inefficiencies, knotting the game up at two apiece before the series shifted back to Vancouver.
Now with the tables turned yet again, the Bruins are listed as -145 favorites to win the game and even the series at three.

Though all signs point to a Boston victory in Game 6, if the Canucks manage to break the mold on Monday, they’ll avoid a do-or-die Game 7.
It’s been a long journey for both teams so far, the Bruins slaying Montreal, Philadelphia and Tampa Bay en route to the Finals. The Canucks almost fell by the wayside in the first round altogether when faced with their rival Chicago Blackhawks.
Now, after eliminating Chicago, Nashville and San Jose, the Canucks are a victory away from their first championship. Can they hold on? Or will Boston spoil their fun.
